A – Personal data

The Site ensures that the user’s personal information is collected and processed with due respect for privacy, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. The information collected by Argosyn in its capacity as data controller is processed for the purpose of handling requests from:

• Contact forms at the address: contact@argosyn.fr;
• Account enquiry forms: contact@argosyn.fr;

Argosyn is the sole recipient of the data collected.

The data collected is as follows:

• Surname, First name;
• Company;
• Email address;
• Postal address, City and ZIP code;
• Telephone number.

This data is collected only via our contact forms.

It is stored on servers located in France.

 The statutory basis for processing is:

– Your informed consent in accordance with Art.6 (1) a of the GDPR concerning the disclosure of your personal data via the contact and account enquiry form.

– The legitimate interest of OFMS in accordance with Art.6 (1) f of the GDPR concerning the use of so-called “technical” cookies necessary to technically administer the site with service providers (third-party application maintenance), manage site security (security equipment and logs). No audience statistics or third-party marketing services are used.

Data is kept for 6 months.

Under the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) of January 6, 1978, users have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to their personal data. The user may exercise this right by sending an e-mail to dpo@ofms.fr
